BFG conducted an assessment of four subdivisions of soldier housing that consisted of over 1,000 homes to identify the moisture and mold-related issues. The assessment involved a comprehensive building enclosure survey and testing to evaluate potential water intrusion problems. Additionally, interior moisture and mold assessments were conducted including an assessment of the attic ventilation. A dehumidification analysis was performed on the HVAC system to evaluate its ability to control indoor moisture levels. Based on the findings, BFG provided the client with a list of recommendations and a cost analysis to aid in negotiating a resolution with other parties.
